Prince Colin sits down to tackle the controversial subject of his pet goldfish that took his country by storm.

The first and last appearance Melinda the goldfish made in public was during the early years of Cheongistan.
During that time, Prince Colin had recently returned from his trip to Singapore, and had a press conference regarding what he observed there. For some reason, he had Melinda in a fishbowl on his lap, which he officially introduced at the start of the press conference.
Melinda was loved by the public and there were multiple petitions to make the little goldfish Cheongistan's mascot. However, it was quickly noted that the goldfish never made another public appearance, which led to the big topic: is Melinda still alive?

This topic was further blown up when Prince Colin only replying with "Perhaps?" when asked whether Melinda was alive or not, even leading to a small riot right outside Area 4. The riot lasted an hour before the residents who took part in it were sent to Area 4, never to be seen again. In a national announcement regarding the Melinda Riot, Prince Colin sternly warned residents: "Riots and other troublemaking activity are not tolerated in Cheongistan, and those involved will be severely dealt with." There have been absolutely no riots since then, with Prince Colin mentioning that Area 4 is an important aspect of Cheongistan and is a key factor to keeping peace within the country.
However, the topic still remains as the top trending Cheongistan controversy. There are no leads on the Mystery of Melinda, however it is known that a goldfish's lifespan can go beyond 10 years, giving all residents hope that one day the little goldfish will make another appearance. Until then, the Mystery of Melinda remains.
