Zhen Wye Mung, known better as Colin Cheong, is the current leader of Cheongistan, situated placidly in the middle of the Indian Ocean. Cheongistan is inaccessible via normal modes of transport; it can only be reached by ELCT students with an overall score of 90% and above. Cheongistan is a dictatorship-run country, with residents referring to their ruler as Prince Colin the Only.

Prince Colin is a well known writer in Singapore, having written over 30 award winning novels with the most recent "I love SOTA students" being published in 2017. He has a hobby for diving and is a Dudist.

When Prince Colin is not ruling over his country, he is often found hiding under his blankets and playing World of Warcraft, where he is noted as a level 99 Paladin. He often checks up on his son Melvin, a prestigious film director, and his daughter Denise, who currently studies in Australia. It is also revealed that Prince Colin has a pet goldfish named Melinda, although it is not known whether Melinda is still alive. This has led to one of Cheongistan's biggest controversional subjects, "the Mystery of Melinda".
